Ka’s Spay

Finally, today Ka went for her spay =/

It was a nerve-wrecking experience (as usual), & I can’t say how anxious I was waiting for the call from the clinic to say her surgery’s over.

Dr Ling called again (nice gesture I would say) & this time round, it was only good news! =D She said surgery’s done & successful, and no, Ka’s insides weren’t prematurely developed & that her surgery had been much easier! PHEW. I can’t say how thankful I am that both gals are safe & sound, wif us. =) Thank God for answering my (many) prayers! =) We’ve just got to make sure now that she’s eating & pooping well, slow but steadily..

Ka before her spay. She wasn’t keen to get in the carrier as usual but was actually quite well-behaved & calm today. Hmm. Maybe she thought she was just going to the groomer’s.

Ka after. This was taken at night at about 10pm? She’s rather quiet & shld still be in pain, ‘coz she’s in somewhat of a hunched position =( She managed to eat some carrots, veg & her favourite pumpkin pie cookie & salad bowl ‘tho.. good progress for a bunny who had just done her spay. She’s a strong gal like Cotton! ^^
